Use this when you are actively speaking with Graham at GNL Solutions. It allows a secure, one-time remote support session.

Non-Windows downloads require manual server setup. Graham will walk you through this on the phone.

Run it

Double-click the downloaded file to open it. If you see a pink banner asking to install, just close it (click the X). No installation needed. The app is already connected to GNL's secure server.

Share your ID and password

The app will show a number (your ID) and a one-time password on the left side. Read these to Graham over the phone and he'll connect to help you.

Security Reminder
Only run this program if you are in direct contact with Graham at GNL Solutions. All sessions are encrypted and logged.

Your Security Matters

Every remote session is encrypted end-to-end using AES-256 encryption. The server is self-hosted on GNL Solutions' own infrastructure, so your connection never passes through third-party services. All sessions are logged with full audit trails.

The support tool is temporary. Once you close it, no remote access software remains on your computer. You are always in control.
